DIRECTIONS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT -

 

From 5 Freeway heading North:

Exit KRUSE WAY 292-B and stay to the Left on the offramp.  Turn Left at the exit onto Kruse Way.

STAY STRAIGHT IN LEFT LANE.  STAY ON KRUSE WAY.

Pass Straight the First Stoplight

(Landmarks to pass:  On the Right Side - Brand New Chick-fil-A and US Bank.  On the Left Side - Centerpointe - with a Starbucks and FedEx). 

 

STAY ON KRUSE WAY to 2nd Stoplight called Westlake Drive. 

Turn LEFT AT 2ND STOPLIGHT onto Westlake Drive 

(Landmarks:  On the LEFT Side - Big WESTLAKE Sign on Left side and a Church on the Corner. On the RIGHT Side - Kruse Woods Corporate Park.)

After you turn LEFT onto Westlake Drive, Stay on Westlake Drive and the First Stop Sign is Parkview Drive.  

(Landmark: On the Right Side - Westlake Village with Cute Boutique Stores and a Wine Tasting Cafe with Summertime LIVE music!).

STAY STRAIGHT ON WESTLAKE DRIVE. 

Past Parkview Dr. Stop Sign.​

Take Westlake Drive for awhile (curves around) to 2nd Stop Sign that is Melrose Street.  

(Notice sign says "Oak Creek Neighborhood").

Turn Right onto Melrose Street.

First Street on LEFT is Kingsgate Road.

Turn Left onto Kingsgate Road up small hill and Pass Sterling Heights Homes on the Left and Pass the 

Oak Creek Elementary School on the right, go over

2 speed bumps to Next Stop Sign that is Galen Street aka Galen Road.

Turn Left onto Galen Street and go straight into

the Kingsgate Park Condos. 

Turn Right at the Kingsgate Park sign, go all the way down to the Left side to 63 Galen Street and Park in any  Uncovered Open Space(s) that is NOT under the Carport - those are Guest Parking spots.  Welcome to Our Condo!

FROM 5 FREEWAY HEADING SOUTH:

EXIT 292 - KRUSE WAY. 

On the exit off-ramp, Get into Left Turn Lane.

Turn LEFT at Stoplight at the Bottom of Exit ONTO KRUSE WAY  - heading AWAY from the

217 Highway towards Beaverton / Tigard / Seaside. (IF you turn right, you would be on the 217 Highway heading towards Beaverton/Tigard/Seaside and the Ocean).

Follow SAME Directions above - starting with the 

"STAY ON KRUSE WAY to 2nd Stoplight called Westlake Drive".
